Cancellation and Refund Policy
At HackIt Institute, we want to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to provide you with transparency and flexibility regarding your enrollment in our masterclasses.
1. Cancellation of Enrollment
You may cancel your enrollment in any HackIt Institute masterclass by submitting a written cancellation request to our support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the official start date of the course.
2. Refund Eligibility
The following refund conditions apply:
- Cancellation 7 or more days before course start: Full refund of 100% of the course fee (minus any applicable transaction fees).
- Cancellation 3-6 days before course start: 75% refund of the course fee.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before course start: No refund; however, you may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort without additional charges.
- After course commencement: No refunds will be issued. You may request to defer to a future cohort.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Any course materials already downloaded or access provided
- Recorded sessions accessed before the cancellation request
- Special or custom training sessions
5. Enrollment Transfer
If you cannot attend the scheduled masterclass, you may request to transfer your enrollment to any future cohort of the same course without any additional charges, subject to availability and terms approval.
6. Course Cancellation by HackIt Institute
In the unlikely event that HackIt Institute cancels a scheduled masterclass, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to enroll in an alternative cohort of their choice at no additional cost.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:

- Include your full name, course name, and enrollment date
- Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions
8. Changes to This Policy
HackIt Institute reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
