Most of HackIt Institute's masterclasses are delivered entirely online. Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, you will receive:
- Access credentials via email within 24 hours of enrollment
- Login details to our learning management system (LMS)
- Access to recorded sessions, course materials, and resources
- Invitations to live sessions and class interactions
2. Course Material Delivery Timeline
Course materials are typically delivered according to the following schedule:
- Welcome packet and syllabus: Within 24 hours of enrollment
- Pre-course materials: 3-5 days before course start
- Weekly modules: Released on the scheduled module start dates
- Recorded sessions: Available within 24 hours after each live session
- Course completion certificate: Within 5 business days of completing all requirements
3. Physical Materials (If Applicable)
For certain masterclasses that include physical materials, workbooks, or merchandise:
- Domestic Shipping (India): 5-7 business days via courier service
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days depending on destination
- All physical materials will be shipped to the address provided during enrollment
- Tracking information will be provided via email
- Shipping costs are included in the course fee unless specified otherwise
4. Access Duration
Once you enroll in a masterclass, you will have access to the course materials for a period of 12 months from the course start date, unless otherwise specified in the course details. After this period, access may be restricted or require renewal.
5. Technical Requirements
To access our online courses, ensure you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- JavaScript enabled in your browser
- Sufficient storage space for downloaded materials
6. Delivery Failures and Issues
If you do not receive access credentials or course materials within the specified timeframe:
- Check your spam/junk email folder first

- Provide your enrollment confirmation number and registered email address
- We will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours
7. Lost or Damaged Physical Materials
If physical course materials are lost or damaged during transit:
- Report the issue with tracking evidence within 3 days of the expected delivery date
- We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost
- Alternative digital versions of materials will be provided immediately
8. Changes to Delivery Methods
HackIt Institute reserves the right to modify delivery methods (digital vs. physical) or timelines due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or global events. Students will be notified of any significant changes.
